History

Established in 2014.

Food is our passion. We wanted to bring our traditional Mediterranean food like chicken and steak kabobs, hummus, and gyros as well as beef and chicken shawerma to Houston’s museum district and medical center. Additionally, we serve American food such as burgers, chicken sandwiches and Philly cheesesteaks. We have been open for business for almost two years. Recently we expanded our business to include catering and delivery. If you need food for a meeting or just want to treat your staff to lunch, we will deliver it to your business, hot and ready to eat! If you want to get together with friends but don’t have the time to do all the cooking, give us a call. We will make your party a success. We love what we do and we value and appreciate our customers.

Our business is family owned and operated. You will often see my wife and our children as well as extended family members and friends working at the Marketplace Café. My wife and I have lived in Texas since the 80’s and our children were born and raised here. We are excited about the opportunity to share are traditional Mediterranean foods like kabobs with you as well as our American favorites like our delicious Philly Cheesesteak sandwiches.
