Mancuso Harley-Davidson Central

I didn’t purchase my motorcycle at Mancuso Harley, but I’ve enjoyed shopping here. The guys in the service department are especially friendly and knowledgeable. They demystify the Harley Mystique. By that, I mean Harley riders and dealerships can be a tad full of themselves. These guys aren’t. They’re just good people who know a lot about Harley’s and understand how not to make those of us who own one but don’t know much about one of these 20k dollar starter kits feel stupid.

Tried buying used bike from them. At first they said bike would have 12 month 12,000 mile warranty, but then changed as negotiation progressed. Now they won’t respond at all. Maybe a one off event, but not going to mess with them any longer.

I bought a Harley Davidson here. All the staff have been very helpful and got over some hick ups from my side very patiently. Now I have been there a couple of times more. Just browsing or asking questions and I cannot say anything negative. So if you want to buy a machine or just have some inquires or see what else they got on small things or other equipment. I can recommend this dealer shop. I always leave satisfied.

Smaller store in comparison of other Harley dealerships. The parts department was extremely helpful and friendly.

I have used this Mancuso dealership since 2005 and I have always had great service and honest opinions on upgrades and service work. When I buy a new Harley, this will be my dealer of choice.

Great place to get a bike

We sent our daughter to Mancuso to attend their BRC at the beginning of ⁷⁄₂₀₁₁. After the first day, I asked her how it was and she told me that the instructor didn’t teach her much. She couldn’t even mount a bike after a whole day learning how to ride! I knew then that something wasn’t right about this instructor because I learned how to ride at Boss Hoss Cycle on south 610 and after my first day I knew how to handle, mount and ride the bike a little bit. I didn’t know how to ride a motorcycle before coming to their class either. Isn’t that what Basic Rider Course is all about, teaching those who don’t know how to ride motorcycle to become good rider?
The second day in class the instructor declared that my daughter was «unteachable» and refused to let her finish her class. What kind of a moron was that? Our daughter was willing to learn and this person was unwilling to teach, and they would not refund our money even though they let her go. We felt that Mancuso and Ken robbed us in broad daylight. What kind a business is that? I went to Boss Hoss 5 yrs ago and they trained me well. My instructor was knowledgeable and cared for every student in the class. There was a mix of experienced and inexperienced riders as well. and everybody walked away happy. If you wanna learn how to ride, go to Boss Hoss or Awsome instead. We learned our mistake dearly and wish that Mancuso Riding Course will go down and burn in hell with Ken as well.

I was in an accident on my Harley and had my bike towed here for an estimate. They were very easy to work with, and accommodating. When I decided to have it fixed elsewhere, they were kind enough to tow it back to my place for no charge. If I decide to get another Harley, I’ll definitely consider them.

Summary: They have parts and clothes but don’t have the «experience».
When I bought my first Harley ten years ago I needed some parts so I went over there because it was nearby. Keep in mind that owning a Harley for the first time is not unlike being kissed by that really hot girl you never thought would be interested in you – you get all light headed and can’t stop babbling. Well I did that and went in there all high on life and everything and their energy and attitude was completely deflating. To them you’re just another tat-​laced bubba who needs a new rocker arm – even if you’re not.
I’ve been there several times over the years in the hope that my initial visit was just a fluke but it’s been the same pretty much all the time. If I need to get a part (or a bike) then I go to Stubbs or Goe’s. They encourage the geeky and enthusiastic Harley guys.
