Maids On Demand

We used this company for a little over a year. If you want a reliable cleaning service, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! We had maids scheduled to come every other week, but they very frequently canceled without even letting us know. They just wouldn’t show up. Other times, we were given (what seemed like) BS excuses as to why they weren’t coming. I blame this on management mostly. It was SUCH an inconvenience for my husband and I. We had people coming in for Christmas and worried that they wouldn’t show before our guests came. Fortunately they did come, but canceled on us the next two times (after our guests had left). They typically did good work when they did come… I say typically because 1. a few times they forgot to vacuum our stairs, 2. I noticed we had cobwebs they didn’t get in our blinds and a corner of the ceiling, 3. they rearranged our furniture/didn’t put things back where they were. Bottom line is that if you are looking for a cleaning service, don’t use this company.

Would not recommend. We used this cleaning service for several months and they started out great. Then about two months ago they came and it was awful. They did not clean one of our bathrooms. Our floors were not cleaned. The items on our kitchen counter and other places were all rearranged. I immediately called the owner who told me to send him pictures of the problem areas. I sent him the pictures by email immediately and was never able to reach him again. Awful customer service. We have since found another service who really does a much better job than Maids on Demand!
