STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! WHEN THEY PREP THE CAR FOR PAINT THEY ARE HALF ASS ABOUT IT I HAD
Broken headlight cut wiring harness missing inner fender liners missing wheel well liners only one bolt holding the core support on missing emblems missing all brackets that hold the headlights in place both sides bent hood all warning lights on dashboard blown fusesall bolts and all brackets that hold the entire front of the car half are gone

We brought in my sons car for an insurance claim. We also inquired about a complete paint job, as well as the cost for privately fixing a fender and painting the bumper. We did NOT give authorization for these repairs. and actually told the female manager «only fix what the insurance pays for». Today we find out that they are in the process of fixing the fender and painting the bumper without our authorization. When I spoke to the female manager, she told met it was authorized by my son and that she has a recording. He called her and reminded her that he did NOT authorize, and in fact told her to fix only the claim. She told us both that she recorded the conversation. When I asked her to hear the conversation she told me” I dont have to let you hear that”. When I told her that I was going to refuse for unauthorized repairs, she told me that she would not let us have our car! This is theft. BEWARE… this is not a reputable manager and they are taking advantage of customers. UNAUTHORIZED REPAIRS… BULLYING TACTICS

I went to this place and as soon as I arrived I saw an upset customer I should have followed my instinct and walk out. Unfortunately I left my car there.
When I went to pick up my car there was a customer filing a complaint with the sheriff’s department. The customer’s wife told me Maaco did a horrible job and was filing charges.
Well, I picked up my car and immediately went home and carefully examined the work !!!
To my disappointment they did a horrible job.
Well, you judge for yourself. A $ 1,000.00 paint job should not be so cheaply done.

They did a great job and on a timely matter. Very friendly people and the price for my work was reasonable.

Ali Khan is the owner of this place and all he will give you is LAIR after another. Look at the previous comments in Google and you will see his pattern. Story making, postponing and making your car and your life miserable is all he does. Never kept any promises. Poor quality work. He even gave me a painted job that was still wet; however, he did not admit that the paint was still wet. I touch the job and the paint was on my hand right away.

I was very satisfied with the customer service and the final repair at the Maaco Spanish Trail location. Ali Khan coordinated the estimate, parts and repair and everything was finished when promised.
