Pretty much wasting your time going on an interview and taking the Microsoft etc tests. They’ll tell you they’ll keep in touch and call every here and there to tell you they’ll call you back later in the week for interviews but never actually do. They’ll end up calling back months later until you have found a job ON YOUR OWN and then stop. Waste of time, much better off searching on your own.

Reputation is a company’s biggest asset and I would NOT recommend any employer or individual to this staffing agency. I was flat out LIED to by their company twice simply to gain my business. Falsifying information and lying to individuals does not show great merit. There are plenty of notable staffing agencies out there and i’m sad to say this is not one of them.

I’m not sure what happened to the other people, but I have been pleasantly surprised with LPC. I applied about a month ago, got called in to take the tests (Microsoft office and typing), a week later I was set up to do a 2 day job. I start my second temp this week.
Nathalie has been very helpful and nice. She’s kept me up to date with potential job inquires to temp. I’ve asked for a full-​time job, haven’t had much help there, but in the meantime (since I’m looking for a job my own as well) she’s been informing me of temp jobs. Which are nice because it does keep me from dipping into my savings while I’m waiting for interviews.
Also I would like to add that it’s been very easy to stay in contact with her. I’m know she gets my voicemail more often than I get hers (only happened once). I also speak to her nearly everyday (email or phone) about potential jobs. (Usually she’s asking how I would feel about this job, in this area, for this pay, during this time.)
I highly recommend them. I’m not 100% sure they can find me a full-​time job with benefits, but I do know they can get me temporary jobs, which is really nice. Especially since I’m doing my own searching as well.

I’ve never thought that a staffing agency would be helpful but when the going got tough I gave it a shot.
Initially, I was responding to an ad that did not mention they were a staffing agency.
(I guess that is what most staffing agencies do)
My Conclusion… A typical Staffing Agency. You go there interview goes great, they tell you to call them back, and you do. They make you think you are overqualified and you should get job offers left and right. (I have lengthy work experience and possess a recent BA)
When I called back this is what the lady told me:
We are just waiting to see when its a good time for the several places that you could be a good fit for want to meet with you for an interview. I will call you back by the end of this week latest next week.
MOST SHOCKING–
«From here on we’ll call you, you don’t have to call us.»
…and then you wait and wait and wait obviously no call «crickets»
You waste your time interviewing and taking a Microsoft Office test.
