I enjoyed I could communicate an appointment via text. Unlike other places, they will take clients until late afternoon & keep working the last client until completion. No chemicals used, just good hard work. Every strand of my child’s hair was thoroughly addressed. My child is very tender headed but seemed to tough it out just fine. We had Banita working on her. She was very personable, kind, but also like a soldier getting every bug & nit out. When you’re paying $ 85 an hour, it’s great to see a worker continue to knock it out with authority. I’ve spent at least $ 400 a month & endless time for months trying to eliminate my child’s lice problem. As told today, lice build immunity to all those products so it’s a waste of money. They have a specialized comb which you pay $ 22 for & keep. We get to go back next week for a check up at no extra charge. So in my opinion, this cost was WELL worth it! The time & money I’ve invested prior to our visit is ridiculous. Save you & your child’s stress & just let the pros get it done. I will be using their services in the future as well.
