Mr. Dietlein received his Bachelor’s degree in molecular biology and chemistry from the University of Texas in 1989, Master of Arts in philosophy in 1994, Juris Doctorate in 1997, and Master in Tax Law from the University of Houston Law Center in 2010. His practice includes estate and gift tax planning, probate and estate administration, as well as trust and business formations.
Mr. Dietlein principally represents family members seeking to plan the disposition of their estates through wills, trusts and family partnerships. In addition, Mr. Dietlein counsels both individual and corporate fiduciaries regarding trust and estate administration.
Mr. Dietlein believes the law exists to help and protect people and should not overwhelm or frighten good citizens. That it is a lawyer’s responsibility to help clients feel comfortable and at ease, particularly during the course of estate administration.
