History
Established in 2000.
I have done nothing but criminal law since April of 1989.
I formed this business and became an independent contractor in 2000. In 2003 I opened my own shop and expanded from just passenger car traffic tickets to CDL tickets, and then gradually expanded the Catergories of Criminal Cases I selected and successfully handled. In February of this year, I moved from Northwest Harris County, where I had been since 2004, to a downtown location. I am far closer to the Criminal Court house with all of its felony and misdemeanor courts, and to the City of Houston municipal courts, here. This central location makes it far easier for clients to come to my office consultations.

I was born in California, coming here after I finished High School, in 1970. I attended college for 2 years then joined the U.S. Navy «to see the world». Went to HCC in auto mechanics (my avocation) in order to be able to afford college & law school. I restarted my college courses at the University of Houston. My degree was Batchelor of Science Degree in Political Science in 1980. I got my Dr. of Jurisprudence from the U of H Law Center in Dec. 1983. I have been licensed since Sept 14, 1984, almost 30 years.
I have been happily married since 1996. No children, just a cat (who is a handful, believe me! got the scars to prove it.). First did Const’l Law. Became Gen’l Counsel of Savings & Loan to chase down our former owner & his cronies, & bring them to justice for two years. Next did nothing but traffic tickets for 14 years. Opened own shop, 2003. Former Pres. and Dir. of State & Local Traffic Ticket Practitioner groups. Recognized expert in CDL & traffic Law.
