History

Established in 1987.

Joanne M. Badeaux, senior attorney, founded the law firm in Clear Lake City, Texas in 1987. Shelby G. Perrin joined Badeaux & Associates in 2013. Ms. Perrin has over 12 years of experience as an attorney, and she interned for a Harris county probate judge. Both attorneys are in the Real Estate, Probate & Trust sections of the State Bar of Texas.

Joanne M. Badeaux graduated from Texas A&M University in 1979 and Texas Tech School of Law in 1982. In addition to her wealth of legal experience representing 1,000’s of clients in real estate, estate planning, probate and business matters, Ms. Badeaux is uniquely qualified from other attorneys because she was a title examiner at Stewart Title Company.

Joanne Badeaux has been in the Clear Lake area since 1986, and currently lives in League City, Texas. She is involved with various activities and local groups and enjoys the outdoors. She has one child, a son in his 20’s who lives in Austin.

Attorney, Shelby G. Perrin, graduated from South Texas Law School in 2003. Prior to joining Badeaux and Associates, her legal focusus was primarily on wills, trusts, estates and probate. Mr. Perrin is married, and has one child. She lives in League City, Texas.
