LaGarde Law Firm has been helping individuals and small business owners in Texas and Louisiana since 1992. It’s founder, Richard LaGarde, has over 30 years of experience in trials, mediations, and arbitrations in both states.

For more than 30 years I’ve been helping individuals and small business owners in Texas and Louisiana. I enjoy practicing law and helping my clients — both large and small — get justice. I believe that in many cases, my reputation as a trial lawyer helps to get my clients’ cases settled without the need for trial. I am board certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in both civil trial and personal injury trial law, a distinction achieved by less than one-​half of one percent of Texas attorneys. These honors and awards give me the credibility I need to fight for the rights of my clients.
