La Table takes a local, market-​driven approach, sourcing ingredients from the Houston area, and incorporates French cooking techniques and classically trained service. The more formal dining room, Château, will offer elegant French cuisine while guests can enjoy a quick lunch, afternoon bite, glass of wine or dinner bar side in the more casual downstairs restaurant, Marché.

Combining culinary simplicity with artful plating, the Château’s menu will highlight seasonally inspired dishes including the Roasted Beet Salad with Blue Heron Farm goat milk yogurt and cheese and D&M blood orange infused extra virgin olive oil; the Roasted Heirloom Cauliflower with cherry tomato dressing, capers and almonds; Wild Mushroom Ravioli, Seared Foie Gras with seasonal fruits, and a Wild Mushroom Stuffed ‘Heritage’ Chicken served table-​side roasted with pinot noir, potatoes, carrots, onion and squash.
