Be forewarned! The manager, Mr. Nasir, is rude and unwilling to help a loyal customer! Buy your LK Bennett shoes from Nordstroms, who offers excellent customer service!
I own 7 pairs of LKB shoes, 3 of which are the same size and style… but when one pair was clearly defective or mis-​sized and damaged both feet, I was thrown out of the store for trying to bring them back for another pair! The other store associate was willing to listen and help, but as Mr. Nasir returned from his cigarette break, he threw me out of the store for bringing back a pair of shoes that had been worn
