History

Established in 2005.

Kelley’s Mobile Notary Service was founded in 2005, by CEO L. Kelley. Several years into her job as a paralegal, she discovered an untapped opportunity in the legal and real estate industries. When she became a Certified Notary Signing Agent, she realized two things. For one, it wasn’t easy for companies to obtain professional yet affordable notary services. Second, notaries were having a hard time landing ongoing assignments from reliable employers.

Hi, I’ve used Kelley’s several times and have always received great service. If there was any discrepancies, we were able to contact Kelley’s and along with notary got everything resolved. They are professional and understanding and always accommodate when we need them to. I use Kelley’s for all of my docs and refer them to business associates and friends as well.

The notary arrived an hour late. He said he’d never notarized legal documents before. He asked if I could bring the documents outside for him to notarize, since he was in a hurry. I indicated that that was not a possibility. He came inside but was nervous and sweaty the whole time. The bill I received was more than what we had agreed to pay. The person I spoke to on the phone was impolite and did not resolve the issue to my satisfaction. All in all, I would say I was disappointed in the level of professionalism.
