We used this company to get from Houston to Galveston and back on a cruise. They were great! We were starving when we got to Houston and our driver was there and let us stop to eat. They were at the cruise port when we got off. The rates were reasonable. We would definitely use this company again.

We used Karr Limo for pre and post-cruise transfers for Houston Hotel to Galveston/Galveston to IAH. They were extremely courteous, on-time, nice new vehicles. Very Reasonable Rates compared to others in the industry. I will used them again and highly recommend them.

My boss uses this company and all he says are good things about them. Today I went to go drop off a package so they can deliver to my boss that he needs when he gets off the plane. My boss gets picked up from his home to the airport and back when he arrives again in Houston, and they are always on time. The rates are not bad it is only around $ 80 to take him every trip.
When I went to go drop off the package the young lady at the desk was very nice their office was small, but over all it was a good experience no troubles.

Worst experience. Traveling with family; 2 young kids that needed car seat. We requested in advace and
when we got picked up no car seats.
They said they have them but 40 miles away, we said we would wait and they refuse. Whe I’m w kids at airport my wife is going to BUY car seat. Unbelievable they were will to take 4 year old without car seats for 60mile trip
