Established in 2008.

I began working with Jimmy Simien first as our Realtor then as his assistant. I loved the business so much I became licensed and joined him when he opened his own brokerage. Simien Properties is a boutique Real Estate Company that meets the needs of clients and can easily adapt to changing trends in Real Estate. Embracing advances in technology assists me to work alongside my many tech savvy clients giving me the ability to close a real estate transaction if you are in Houston, out of state or out of the country with the same personalized service. Located in the Clear Lake area, I also serve surrounding communities of Houston.

Business Owner

Karen, a Realtor with Simien Properties, came to Houston from San Diego in 2005 with her family of 5. Her experience moving across country, as well as working with families and youth for over 30 years (her husband, a Family Life pastor at a local church), gives her unique insight with her clients. Buying and selling real estate can be very stressful — she takes great care to help clients, listening, providing information with her relaxed humorous style.

She is up to date on technology trends and is a certified Military Relocation Professional to assist families who have served or are serving. She has a daughter married to a police officer, two grandchildren and three children in college. She understands the changing demographics of a family and type of home that meets their needs.
