I cannot adequately express how very skilled and yet gentle and deeply caring is Dr. Roger Kaestner! Additionally, I have taken my mom to him recently as well — she lives abroad — and he has completely restored her teeth, smile, and health in less than 5 weeks. Mom had some important work done and she never felt a thing. She keeps raving about her newly found smile — and — Dr. Kaestner’s bedside manners and genuine gentleness and concern. Highly recommend. For people with sensitive like myself, Dr. Kaestner and his staff are a godsend. They work hard to ensure that you are comfortable and feel the least pain possible (while using local anesthetics, of course) when performing procedures.
Most importantly, is that he explains to you in detail what work, if any, is needed and why. I’ve had problems in the past with dentist who performed unnecessary work. I have not had that problem here.
I’ve been a patient here for over 4 years and hope to be a patient here for another 30 years.

If you’re like me and have that pesky wire permanently lined against the inside of your bottom teeth because your orthodontist knew the retainer he gave you would never be used once you stepped foot out of his office, you’ll love coming to Dr. Kaestner. Yes, you try flossing between those wires and brushing as hard as you can, but nothing beats the power of a suction hose and an ultrasonic cleaner that blasts buildup away. When you walk out of the office and do the tongue-​check against your bottom teeth, your teeth thank you for giving them a clean slate on life, erasing the last six months of buildup from coffee, soy sauce, greasy foods, and all those late nights where you passed out somewhere and didn’t brush your teeth. The hygienists are gentle on your teeth, staff is friendly, environment is clean/​sterile, and appointments are always on time. I love my dentist.
