Jumbo Buffet

This place was awful. I drove by it several times and saw it had a nice sign, so I went inside because I love buffets and a good chinese buffet is hard to find inside the loop. As soon as I walked in the place was a lot smaller than it looked on the outside and there was only 1 other customer inside the store besides me. They have only 3 buffet islands and its not great — 1 is your lo mein, rice and meats, island 2 is nothing but breaded things, island three has premade sushi (2 types) and the rest is desserts.
It’s not hard to see that they’re skimping on selection so they can profit — why do you have nearly a whole island dedicated to nothing but dessert when you have barely any food out? I went for the peppered shrimp and when I sat down I noticed the cooks were too lazy to remove heads from their shrimp. Everything they had out was especially dry like it had been there all day and after getting my check and waiting for the waitress to come back, I had to get up and find her because she was facebooking on her laptop and by that time there were two cooks sitting out in the dining area just looking bored. .
I left that buffet hungry. Jeezum christ that place was awful.
