Jamba Juice

This is part of the best smoothie chain in Houston, but service here can be hit or miss. When you’re getting any of the smoothie items, you’re pretty much guaranteed a hit. They’re pretty good about things like accomodating allergies and the like.
The juices are a different story altogether. This place may have Juice in the title, but the fresh squeezed juices are the LAST thing you should order. I ordered a citrus kick that came out tasting like pure ginger. I commented that it was terrible and that I’d never order this again. Then I stirred it up a bit and tried it again, only to get more pure ginger flavor. I turned back to the guys behind the counter and they had disappeared to God knows where. I’ll never order juice from here again.

It’s a Jamba Juice! Who knows why the thumbnail picture is a prepackaged bottle of juice. Staff is always friendly, and I wish there were more locations in Houston. I’ve always had a good and quick experience here.

Best smoothie chain in Houston. The staff is friendly and they put more quality ingredients instead of a lot of syrup and ice.

The second morning I’ve come here hours before 11am and they never have oatmeal prepared. Not coming here anymore.

There’s a reason I’m reviewing this Jamba Juice= excellent customer service. Never had we ordered juice and received the extras until this trip.

This is one of my favorite spots on a hot day or well any day for that matter! It never disappoints. It’s always so good & so refreshing. This particular location has a great & friendly staff. They always prepare the drinks in a timely manner even when busy! The price is pretty reasonable for what you get. It’s fresh & a healthier choice. I definitely recommend this Jamba Juice!

Decent. The drink I order (orange dream) is tasty and I really enjoy drinking it. It is a little overpriced, though, and the location is small and cramped and there is really no place to sit. It’s unpleasant to try to stay in there and talk because of the constant whirring of the blenders. Knock a $ 1.50 off the drink and make it more pleasant to sit and relax in there and I’d give it 5 stars

I’ve been hitting up my annual birthday freebies locations and this week, I decided to go to Jamba Juice and redeem my free small smoothie or juice since it’s the only convenient location for me in Houston.
There are quite a few businesses in this shopping area, so Potbelly and Jamba Juice have decided to mark their territory and place Parking Only signs in front of their desired parking spaces. No prob. I do not mind walking!
On a Tuesday evening, it was pretty busy. Had to wait, but no complaint from me – I was waiting on a free smoothie! Additionally, I had to look at the menu carefully and figure out what to get since I have banana allergies and many of the drinks have banana in them. Once I made my selection and typed in my mobile number to cash in on my bday drink, I asked the crew member to make sure they wash out the blender due to my allergies. This was done just for me without complaint which I appreciate and I went about my merry way with my drink.
I know that the reviews are mixed and it may be a hit or miss, but honestly, think about how long it and how much it would cost for you to make your own smoothie or juice. For me, JJ has me beat, so no complaints from me.

Great service and nice atmosphere :) I frequented this establishment while the Amex Phone App offered 1 free juice a day. :)

Restrooms not very clean (dirt residue on sink and toilet) and poor customer service — no smiling, no friendliness, no greeting or politeness and one of the 4 woman who I could see working there stood next to register listening to her earbuds the whole time. Won’t be back.

No line on Saturday. Liked the acai primo energy bowl and caribe an passion fruit smoothie. Reminded me of this acai granola place I been to in Kona Hawaii last year. Energy levels skyrocketed outta the brain.

The staff at this location has become very rude and unprofessional. I’ll never come back to this location.

I prefer Jamba Juice over Smoothie King by far, but the Jamba locations are not as conveniently located to my work and home as SK locations are. More Jambas in Houston, please! I fancy the kale-​ribbean breeze and apples n kale but I know everyone has their own tolerance for green drinks. 4 stars instead of 5 because although the staff members are normally very friendly, I’ve noticed they often have trouble making coupons and promotions work (just trying to save some money, ya know), which is annoying because sometimes I go due to an awesome deal I got emailed from Jamba HQ! I think a little extra training could easily remedy this!

Lovely juice! However, it’s too pricey. Friendly staff and very neat place. Will visit again whenever there’s promotions/​free giveaways/​coupons. Having a jamba juice is better than eating Micky D’s and other junks out there.

I call myself the Jamba Juice Queen I love this stuff. I got my own blender thinking I would put JJ out of business with my own wonderful smoothies haha should’ve saved that mine for a few JJ trips instead. The coldness of their drinks are so perfect, just the right sweetness and thickness it’s all so perfect. Sooooooo I’m back

I have been to this Jamba Juice two times now and I can say that my overall experience here has been a good one. I wanted to try something new before I had rehearsal so I stopped by and I was welcomed as soon as I walked in by the employees.
I ordered a mango with pineapple smoothie. I just wanted a fruit smoothie. There was no wait I was the only one there so it didn’t take long. When I got my smoothie I asked the young lady if the smoothie had any type of dairy. She said yes, and I apologized to her and asked if there was anyway to take out the dairy and make it again and make sure it just has the fruits. She said no problem and made it again no extra charge. She didn’t look irritated she had a smile so that was nice. I asked what they will do to the first shake that I couldn’t have. She said that they will throw it away or I can take it. Really? Wow okay so I took it with me might as well give it to my husband he will surly enjoy it. When I was about to leave the employee informed me about taking a survey that is on the receipt so I can get a coupon for a free smoothie. Awesome free is good so I will do that.
I decided to take the survey which lasted about good 5 minutes and I printed out my free smoothie coupon. You have to buy a smoothie and the second of equal or lesser value will be free. I went back the next day and this time I got an all fruit smoothie the pomegranate paradise and a carrot smoothie. The second visit was good there were people in line but the wait time was not long so all went well. Got my free smoothie yay!
Overall this location is great the employees have great customer service and the place was clean and organized. I recommend this place for everyone.

I hadn’t been to a Jamba Juice in years so it was all the more surprising to me to see what unhealthy stuff they serve. I was under the impression that they served fresh squeezed veggie and fruit juices — but this is clearly not the case. Everything except for the OJ was pre mixed or halfway done and is incredibly sweet.
After glancing over the menu I decided on the Acai Antioxidant — as he was mixing it together I noticed a huge chunk of frozen yogurt making its way into my drink. That was not at all what I had intended — the idea was to get a healthy drink, not to get a frozen yogurt disguised as a health drink.
It may be a good and expensive alternative to Baskin Robins, but its not healthy by any means.

I love Jamba Juice, and this one was a good old standard. The place is clean enough and convenient enough.
I’m a little concerned for the owner of this shop. I’m not sure if it’s SOP, but it seemed that the staff working had a lot of friends just hanging out there. As is customary, there were leftovers after making each smoothie. The staff handed it to their friends to taste. I’m a fan of not being wasteful, but this seems to sort of cross some kind of business ethics to me…
