Picked the company somewhat blindly, and got very lucky. I’m 72, and have owned a lot of homes over the years, which means I’ve had a lot of air conditioner service by many companies over those years. But never had service by a company like J.L. Harrison. I didn’t think an air & heat service company owner and service technician like Shaun existed… honest, frank, trustworthy, no pressure, and very reasonable. I was prepared for extensive and expensive repairs and a hard-​sell, high pressure pitch for extra services; but what I got was a small, quick repair and a very reasonable bill. Shaun is all that, and very personable too. An upbeat, happy guy; you can’t help but like him.
