As a concierge service our business specializes in customer satisfaction. We will do ANYTHING necessary to keep our clients happy. Our goal is to allow you to have more freedom and time to be with family, work on your hobbies or just sit back and relax.

History

Established in 2011.

We moved here from the East coast in 2009 and after noticing the lack of the services that we provide, we decided to start Irie Vibes. Olga has a background in Business management and I in the service industry (flooring). We decided to combine our knowledge and experience and form a business that caters to the need of any busy person and families. As busy people ourselves we understand the need for a business that has unconventional hours. Therefore we open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

I am originally from Jamaica, raised in Miami Florida. Over the past 10 years I have worked as a contractor in the Construction industry. I am familiar with all aspects of renovations with a specialty in flooring. I started this business to provide our clients with a one stop shop experience where all there needs can be fulfilled.

Ronnie responded very quickly to my request for a quote and came back with something very reasonable for my move out cleaning. When I called to make an appointment, the lady who took my call had a screaming child in the background. I was a bit apprehensive wondering if they will be professional after all.
After some miscommunication, they were unable to finish the job on the scheduled date. However, they accommodated me the very next day and did an excellent job cleaning the apartment. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

PRO: Good, simple, honest people.
Although my out-​of-​state move turned into a mini event due to U-​haul complications, Olga and Ronnie did their best to accommodate my needs. They price matched my move, helped me pack up the kitchen and some dining room furniture, and even cleaned my apartment after working tirelessly during hot weather.
CON: They don’t have a truck! (They rent u-​hauls for moves)
U-​haul messed up our reservations, lied, deleted our reservations without authorization, and wasted 2 days of our time. U-​haul customer service has no communication with stores, don’t have supervisors, and don’t have a complaint department; so they are a complete waste of time.
FINAL VERDICT:
Very hard-​working, trustworthy, and friendly folks who truly give out good vibes (or should I say «Irie Vibes»)
Olga and Ronnie were surprisingly kind and apologetic after their rude treatment. They kept in constant contact as they drove through bad weather and racist towns, and finally unloaded my belongings into the basement without complaint.

Ronnie is extremely courteous, professional and thoughtful. Both Olga and Ronnie did a great job cleaning a townhouse that I recently moved out of. They were both very accommodating when asked to touch up some areas that were inadvertently overlooked. The price was competitive and the level of customer service was remarkable. I would definitely hire Irie Vibes again.

Wonderful guys that do everything. No, really, they do everything! Great job cleaning our apartment for move-​out, and it was pretty unkempt, to be honest. My only suggestion for them would be to shoot over a list of everything that’s included when people inquire. I didn’t know what was included but it wasn’t an issue for me because I simply wanted a half-​decent clean up for move out. However, they beyond exceeded my expectations and I will definitely call them again!

They just left! They go above and beyond! They did base boards Ronnie tightened screws in my cabinets. Olga tackled the cluttered office on top of the rest. They came in looked around and put a plan in place. They even cleaned my dryer lint trap! They will be getting called back and highly recommended… I was comfortable having them make decisions on how to clean and organize the house. They are terrific!

Ronnie at Irie Vibes was absolutely fantastic. We needed someone to do a move-​out deep cleaning on our apartment so we turned to Unilocal to find someone. We called Ronnie on Saturday morning to get a bit more information. He emailed us a quote. We called back at 8 PM on Saturday night, and he was able to come the very next day at 3pm (on Superbowl Sunday of all days). He cleaned the entire 850 sq ft appt in about 2 hours, and it was spotless! I’m actually pretty sure that it was cleaner than it even was when we moved in. He was very very professional, very nice, great work ethics & customer service. He even explained to me what the reasoning behind the name of his company is… Irie Vibes = We call them in a time of desperate need, and they come to our rescue and bring good vibes. I will definitely call Ronnie if we ever need any services like this again!

Ronnie was very nice and hard working. He did an excellent job on our apartment. Even though it was very last minute and there was a bit of miscommunication (probably my fault since it was last minute) but other than that the quality of service was great. The pricing was very competitive. I would definitely recommend Ronnie and his services. Give him a try!

I am so elated to find a company that details my home instead of surface cleaning. I was in a bind, when my landlord wanted to move up a walk through at my former condo. I was in a rush to get an affordable cleaning service to get my condo «walk through ready.» I posted on
— and immediately received a «no-​nonsense» quote– that was a flat affordable rate. It beat out all the other cleaning quotes by a landslide! Additionally, I received a text from Olga who ensured I got the quote, and was ready to schedule me! Ronnie and a team mate worked hard and got my condo spic and span, with a plenty of time prior to my walk through! Truly saved the day!
