Filthy facility doctor refused to treat a condition I have had treated in the past. Not worth it to save money. I will pay more for staff in clean clothes in a clean facility to treat me properly. I’m still shocked I even entertained talking to someone in this filthy facility. Threatened to charge me for absolutely nothing because they didn’t like my attitude. Use a mop you scum lords.

Every time I have been to this urgent care they have been friendly and professional. I would highly recommend them!
My husband liked them too!

I went to this clinic because I work in the area and was having a bad reaction to some bug bites. I needed antibiotics. I waited 2 hours to see the doctor and during that time the front desk took an hour and a half to process my insurance. I found out later from the pharmacy when I tried to fill my prescription that they had written down my birthday incorrectly. The receptionists had my insurance card and driver’s license for the entire hour and a half and still managed to write down my birthday incorrectly. I kept asking if there was an issue and they dismissed me as if I was interrupting. They would not admit that they were having issues. I called later to tell them they had written down my information wrong, I guess they were just going to send me the full bill because they would have incorrectly filed with my insurance which is a crock.
Also, when I saw the physician assistant he spent less than 90 seconds with me and prescribed me pain medication which I told him 1) I absolutely did not need and 2) that I am also allergic to most pain meds. I was also prescribed an antibiotic. My bug bites got worse and I ended up going to my dermatologist which I should have done in the first place to get the correct medical treatment.
Do not go to this clinic if you have a REAL medical problem and if you have normal insurance.

Best service and friendly staff. Dr. Luckett was sweet and professional. Made me feel better right away with a horrible upper respiratory infection. Thank you Dr. Luckett!

I visited this place twice over the course of a week and can promise you all that I will never be back after my progressively worsening experiences. I work in health care and needless to say this place blew my mind (in a very negative way) Both times I went I was taken back quickly which I appreciated. But their staff is far from friendly.
Both times, even though I’m pretty sure I was the only patient in the building, it felt like I was inconveniencing them in every way possible. Their medical assistants are miserable. The doctors I saw were quick to dismiss any of my concerns and send me on my way. But they did offer me an rx for pain meds that I didn’t even ask for or hint that I needed. The second time I came in was later at night. It was about 45 minutes before they advertise that they close and I was brought back ridiculously quick and put into a room. The room I was in was filthy to say the least. There was, what I prayed was just iodine or some kind of antiseptic and not blood, on the floor and up along the table I was seated on.
I was hurried through, once again feeling like I was interrupting their evenings, and literally the moment I walked out the door they had locked the door behind me and shut off the front lights. And this was before the time they are supposed to close.
I just moved up the area and trusted Unilocal and their reviews to guide me in the right direction but this time I couldn’t have been more disappointed.

I have been going here for years for after hours and urgent care. The doctor is great! He once gave me samples of the pricey antibiotic he wanted me on when I found out my copay for it was $ 80. The staff could do more to keep you informed of the wait time, but it is no worse than the long wait times I’ve had at my primary md’s office many times. This is the best urgent care I’ve been to.

If you’re sick and can’t get in to see your PCP, this place is perfect (if it takes your insurance). Great waiting area and the staff is super friendly! I’ve been in and out with a prescription in less than an hour… but waited longer during peak hours. Grateful to have this place nearby.

18 month old daughter was running a fever, we showed up and were called to the back within 5 mins, I wasn’t even finished filling out paperwork. They took vital signs and then the doctor came in. Great experience! We were in and out in 25 mins tops. Highly recommend.

Had been to this place several times in the past few years when my regular doctor’s office was closed and was on the fence about it until last night. Last night was a horrible experience that will cause me to never to return.
I went last night, Friday ⁶⁄₁₄ around 6:30pm for a cold. I explained to the PA on duty that I have a heart problem, that I cannot take over the counter drugs for a cold/​cough because the active ingredients affected my heart problem, and there were only certain prescription drugs I can take. I also explained that I would not like to take a drug that I haven’t taken before because I don’t know if I would have a reaction to it or how it would affect my heart rate. Without even checking my medical record, which showed I had been given the drug I was requesting earlier this year, at this location I might add, the PA told me he would not give me the drug I was comfortable taking and wanted me to take something for my cough I have never taken before. When I refused, his question to me was «well how do you know what works best if you don’t try it out?» HELLO, I’M A HEART PATIENT!!! Why would I ever want to «experiment»?? After refusing to take his prescription again, I was left with no prescription at all and was told to wait until Monday to see my PCP. Talk about unsafe medical practices.
Upon checkout I also had the pleasure of being presented with a bill that they said I hadn’t paid since 2008. I asked the very rude and impersonal front desk clerk why I wasn’t told about this when I came here twice in January of this year, she told me she didn’t know but if I didn’t pay it she would put it on my credit. Since I am looking for a house right now, she successfully strong-​armed me into paying it (it was only $ 12 but that’s not the point).
All in all, a horrible experience with the entire staff that day. STAY AWAY!!!

Rude staff… long wait… asking for information is a hassle for staff… I rather die than come to this place again… don’t know how you are still in business

Lowest score I could give. Came in with flu, diagnosed at Bay Area Urgent Care, since «immediate» care left me with 101 degrees fever in the waiting room for over an hour with six WELL people who needed clearance exams for their employers. So does it make sense to make the one SICK person wait and infect them all? Horrible place! Stay clear!

I needed to get a wicked case of contact dermatitis treated on a weekend when I couldn’t see my regular doctor. This place was on list my insurance company provides, so I gave them a try.
After filling out the usual medical history and insurance forms, I took a seat to wait. I was taken to been by the doctor in approximately 10 – 15 minutes. Dr. Singh was both friendly and professional. She answered the few medical questions I had, and gave the same treatment as I had previously received for this problem. I agree with the other reviewer’s comment about the rest of the staff being quiet. They aren’t unfriendly, they just seem to conserve the spoken word more than most.
I also had an issue at the pharmacy while trying to fill one of the prescriptions. It seems one of the drugs was very hard to keep in stock, but the pharmacist was able to get a hold of the doctor by phone and have another drug substituted. I would not hesitate to return here.

PROBLEM: It’s Saturday evening, and you aren’t doing so great — but you don’t need a hospital visit and your primary care physician office has bankers hours and no weekend service.

I’ve been here twice for myself, and twice for two of my children and every time I come here I am more than satisfied. One Friday evening at 7pm I was seen in a few minutes and back out with three prescriptions in less than an hour.
The doctors are smart, up to date and are very good at what they do. I greatly appreciate the advice they have given me and their willingness to listen to the details of my concerns. They have the capability of X-​rays.
The beauty of this concept is that you can get medical care on the weekend without having to miss work during the week.

As I do not get sick, I do not have a Primary Care Physician, so today I stopped in Immediate Med Care to have what I knew was Achilles tendinitis looked at. Sure enough, I was right. There were 2 people ahead of me and I was in and out within 1 hour and 5 minutes. The doctor is friendly, but the rest of the staff is pretty quiet. Nonetheless, I got what I needed and got on with my life in a relatively short amount of time.
