Icon Information Consultants

Received a call from a recruiter called Carrie (not sure the right spelling of her name) at icon information consultants last Friday, regarding a job opening. The recruiter promised she would send me all paperwork on same day. So I began waiting for her email until next Monday, nothing!
Alright, I called her, she answered and made excuse that her computer was crashed by her cats, blah blah… Again, she promised to send all paperwork within that day.
Of course, I haven’t received anything until now! I tried to call her again, and she has never picked up her phone anymore!
The whole experience with this recruiter has been so unprofessional and unpleasant.
As a job seeker, I understand that there is not 100% guaranty to find a job.
All I disliked about this recruiter was she didn’t do what she promised and never gave a explanation or apology. If you could not send me those paperwork for some reasons, at least you can pick up the phone and say this could not work out anymore. I would not complain and move on.
As a professional company like the ICON information consultants claimed, you should educate your employees to treat job seekers with respect!
