Edgardo is hands down the best massage therapist I have been to in Houston and I have tried many. When you first meet him you notice he is not a big guy and think how is this guy going to get my knots? The answer is with his magical hands. He has a thorough knowledge of muscle work and anatomy and seems more geared toward connective tissue work and myofascial release. In one session he fixed, not just loosened, but fixed my IT band injury that I carried over the last 6 months from running/​racing training. Just so you know what to expect, I’m used to going to deep tissue therapists who work the whole body. Edgardo is capable of working the whole body, but will mostly focus on your specific injuries or knots and getting those muscle adhesions to release. He even released back knots I didn’t know I had. So glad to have found a great massage therapist!

Edgardo at Houston Soft Tissue Pain… was referred to me by a chiropractor that could no longer help me. Edgardo uses different techniques based on my symptoms, acupressure, deep tissue massage, stretch therapy, exercises, etc. Whatever I seem to screw up he’s able to fix one way or another.
