Great customer service & very pleasant on the phone! Great service plan; they let you know everything upfront, so you aren’t confused about their procedures. Terrible customer service with bad attitude. Do not use Houston Pest and Termite. Treatment did not stop pests from coming into our house. Asked them to come out and redo treatment and was told I would have to pay another $ 100. I was ready to have them come out every 3 months for service but now I’ll take my business elsewhere. Apparently customer satisfaction and quality results are not important for them.

I was able to schedule my appointment via email, which is a big plus for me. They were prompt when responding to my online request. They were on time and friendly the day of the appointment. They were there for the amount of time they quoted and offered great customer service. They spent extra time on my problem areas, listened to my concerns, and educated me about some of the issues I was having. They earned a customer for life today!

You will regret if you do not engaged Robert Overstreet from Houston Pest and Termite to carry out treatment /​control for your home. He is honest, professional and take pride of his work. He broke a water pipe when doing a control of termites at my home but took responsibility and paid a plumber to fix the pipeline. You cannot find a contractor like him treating your house like his. I will not hesitate to recommend Houston Pest & Termite (Robert Overstreet) to my friends because he will do an excellent work.

Robert does a very thorough job. He’s on time, courteous, and respectful of the property. He asks questions to address any concerns, and is sure to explain everything associated with the treatment so everything is clear. He’s mindful of pets and treats accordingly to avoid any dangers.
