I could have told everyone about how fake Terri Tribble is. She doesn’t have a clue about tattoos. I too purchased a synthetic wig from her that cost $ 450 and I found the same exact wig at Wig World for $ 39.99 what a RIP OFF!!!
Very disappointing!!!

She wasn’t very friendly over the phone and likes to tell you to «read up on the website.» A website that isn’t that helpful and quite scary if you just go by the photos. I basically had to educate myself about the permanent eyeliner procedure over the internet and by other people’s experience. I went ahead and decided to give this place a try since there was a groupon available. Big mistake. The pain was anticipated… what wasn’t was the workmanship. Terry, the owner, did my right eye first, then the left. When she was done with the right, it was so swollen that she asked me to draw in my left eye with a eyeliner pencil so she could perform the rest. But how can anyone compare when one eye is swollen and has anesthetic cream all over? An expert artist would have traced in the eyeliner herself and not ask the customer to do this. Regardless, she ended up making my left eye thicker than my right. She took a picture right after the procedure, and she clearly stated herself that I would need to come back in to correct the right eye. She said it would be $ 100 for retouches!!! Later, I found out from friends that retouches are only done when the ink fades… which normally takes years. I called the owner after a few days when the eyelids healed a bit, and explained to her that my eyeliner was uneven and she proceeds to say that it was my fault because «I liked it thick.» That is just terrible service… she messed up and she should fix it for no charge was how I responded. I am willing to show my before and after photos that clearly shows a big difference between my eyes. SO BEWARE! The owner, though always claiming she’s a «small business» does not know the word customer service. If you mess up a job, you should fix it and make sure you keep your customer happy and not put the blame upon on them when clearly it was your craftsmanship. I will not be going back to her for any fixes… as this is permanent and have found a lady that I have seen her perform excellent work on my coworker. So anyone that is interested in getting permanent makeup (eyebrows, eyeliner) I have a lady that I can recommend to you. Also, if you google this company, she shows all 5 star reviews, but I think the owner sat there and wrote them all herself.
Terry is a bit nuts on the whole keeping your appointment, so keep in mind you have to read her «online policies» before making an appointment.

I purchased a Buy With Me Voucher. Before purchase, I called to make sure that this procedure could be done on a weekend because my business requires me to be there M-​F 8 – 5. I was assured that there would not be any problems. Three months have passed and I am finally able to commit to a Saturday appointment. I call to make a Saturday appontment (as assured and ADVERTISED) and I am told that «a lot changes in 3 months» and the best we can do is 4:30 on a weekday — and tried to make me feel like that was a favor… WOW, I’m in the service industry and I can’t imagine treating someone I don’t like that way; let alone someone that I don’t even know. Anyway, I can’t say that they did a bad job because they didn’t do a job and after reading the other reviews, boy am I glad.
Thanks for being rude, dishonest and unattentive — I think you did me a big favor!

I just got my permanent eyebrows done and I LOVE THEM! I was pretty nervous at first, but Terri really took the time to answer my questions. Terri was amazing… she took all the time in the world to make sure that I was happy and the end result was what I wanted. She was very honest and realistic what she could do for me and I really appreciated it. She makes every effort to make sure that your permanent makeup is very natural looking and to make sure she does everything right the first time. Terri is incredibly concerned that you’re happy with your end result, but I will have to say that you’re going to have to be realistic (i.e. If you don’t look like Kim Kardashian, there’s no way anyone, including a magician like Terri, is going to make that happen). Great bedside manner… It was a highly enjoyable time! THANKS TERRI!!!

She makes eyebrows an art form — — Today
I went for my first time today and she made me realize that getting my brows waxed at my salon which seemed fine is barely rudimentary compared to how Terry does it. She drew in white what she thought should be removed and got my consent before she began to wax, pluck, and cut. My face looks so much more relaxed after her care. Who knew it could get this good?!!
