Rogelio was recommended to me by my friend who owns a car dealership. I first came to him in 2013 and I’ve been coming back ever since. Unlike so many other repair places I’ve been to, he doesn’t try to upsell. I drive up and he does a quick visual inspection, tells me what he thinks the problem is and gives a quote, and then – if I agree to it – takes it in. No hassle, no pushiness, no hard sell.
A few months ago I brought in my 2002 Honda Civic. I had taken it to Meineke (I live in Pearland so this isn’t a convenient location) and didn’t trust what they were telling me, and was dismayed at the price. He looked it over, told me a much lower quote (because of course the problems were not as severe as Meineke let on), and added that if my car was running smoothly and there weren’t any dashboard lights on, I didn’t need to do anything. It was probably fine. And it was!
