Dr. Tal Raphaeli is a Board Certified General Surgeon and Colon & Rectal Surgeon. Dr. Raphaeli graduated from medical school at the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston and completed his General Surgery training at Virginia Mason Medical Center in Seattle, Washington. He received his fellowship training in Colon and Rectal Surgery at The Swedish Medical Center — Swedish Colon and Rectal Clinic in Seattle, Washington. Dr. Raphaeli has presented at numerous regional and national conferences and is a published author.

Dr. Khawaja Azimuddin is one of the few board certified Colon & Rectal surgeons practicing in North Houston. «Dr. Azi», as he is known by his patients, is Board Certified in the field of Colon and Rectal & General surgery. He has performed thousands of colon & rectal and general surgical operations and offers more than 18 years of surgical experience and training.

Dr. Azimuddin received his general surgery training at the New York Medical College and went on to do his fellowship training in colon and rectal surgery at the Penn State University and Lehigh Valley Hospital in Allentown, Pennsylvania. He has lectured and published extensively and is an editorial reviewer for the Diseases of Colon & Rectum, the official journal of the American Society of Colon and Rectal Surgeons and the International Journal of Surgery.

He is a member of numerous surgical societies including the American College of Surgeons and the American Society of Colon and Rectal Surgeons.
