Houston Area Adventure Boot Camp is a four week outdoor fitness program that offers fitness instruction and motivational training packed with fun and energizing activities designed to help you reach your fitness goals. Business Owner
Karen started Adventure Boot Camp in 2003 in Houston to reach more people with her passion for fitness. She wanted to bring a fitness program to the Houston area that would be fun and give real results. The combination of Karen’s professional background, fitness and formal education, sports conditioning, athletic background and practical experience are what drive the workouts to be different and unique. And she has shared this with all the trainers who bring the same variety to their workouts.
«We like our classes to feel like you are getting personal training. We will know everyone’s name and we will make sure everyone gets the attention they need.» This close environment along with the varied workouts (so you never get bored), makes Adventure Boot Camp Houston’s favorite workout group.
