I have had a horrible experience with them. First of all in a cold weather, they picked me up in a golf cart. Not only it is cold but also it is dangerous. The entrance is on the side of the airport and very inconvenient with lots of luggage. I got to Houston at 2:30AM because my airline had a delay. There is no shuttle system passed 10pm. I walked in the cold and in the dark by myself for 10 minutes to get to my car. This is a huge inconvenience and security concern. Plus, I ended paying $ 10 a night which is much more expensive than the average of $ 5.50-$ 7 a night with proper shuttle service at extended hours showing up in the main entrance.

Left car here for 2 nights and cost $ 30. Car was safe but had a difficult time exiting the lot. The old, crappy machines that you pay at took my credit card and we had to wait 15 minutes for someone to come take it out. «Shuttle» drop off and pick up locations are not located near the other transportation areas and had to walk a decent amount to get to where needed to be.

Usually decent parking but our driver Bang did not drive down the aisle to pick us up. We had to walk to the bus. Bus smelled like dead fish when we got on. Eco Park you can do better.

Ecopark has been my go to parking lot at IAH but the last few trips have been less than satisfactory. They have too few trucks running causing long lines and delays. Last night took more than 45 minutes to get to my car.
