Hooters

This is our Friday night date place. Love the wings and for the most part the waitresses are okay.
My concern is that they WATER DOWN THEIR LIQUOR. My fiancé orders Makers Mark straight up and it comes out lighter with the film of water at the top. They obviously make sure they under pour then mix water with it to fill it up. It’s $ 7.25 a shot! The waitress even admitted to them diluting their alcohol. TABC is going to love to hear that!

I haven’t even ordered yet and this place is an epic fail. Service is weak, new menu is trying but does not meet expectations. The only reason we came here is because we were meeting someone in this side of town and it was convenient. The chili cheese fries used to be to die for. Now they are just ehhh. The ice tea taste like it was made yesterday. I’m pretty sure I’m distracting my waitress from chatting with her friends at the table by the bathroom. There are big NFL games on TV and it might be 20% full. Might. They have redone the interior since the last time I was here but the walls are dirty. The floor is nasty. I’m afraid to go to the bathroom (Update: bathroom was not bad if you get past the tagging) .It doesn’t seem like all the girls are inattentive. Maybe it’s just ours. It’s like pulling teeth to get a tea refill. The brand in general is lacking especially in comparison to its direct rival Twin Peaks but this franchise particularly sucks.
UPDATE: finished dinner. As for the wings, hooters has lost me as a customer. Butter based sauces are out. I did like the crispy breading. That was nice as it stayed crispy with the sauce. The waitress was sub par and seemed uninterested. There were to people helping with the floor. One was a black gentleman with a black shirt and the other was a girl with a really long pony tail and a grey shirt. They were extremely helpful and understand the meaning of customer service. Kudos to both of them.

Ok. So this place is real slow or maybe our waitress made it look. The order for simplest of menus like wings and sliders took over 30 minutes to be served. And when the food arrived it wasn’t hot. When the same was conveyed to the waitress, she was like let me check. The waitress was busy taking orders on numerous tables and not following up the previous orders placed. The food was probably sitting prepared and she completely forgot about the order. Once the order arrived they were either missing something or was not prepared right. Sliders were bland and the wings seemed stale. Never visitimg this place again.

Don’t get me wrong. the food was good, but our waitress this afternoon was horrible to me as nice as I was, but she was very nice to my husband. Great atmosphere and the cooks did an fuckingmazing job on the Samurai Teriyaki wings

Do not go here, 10 minutes to get a drink, then it was hot and flat beer. Then we asked for different drinks. That took 15 more minutes. Then she brought the wrong drink, asked for a unsweet, got a sweet. Then my wings had no sauce, which I asked for sauce. Shrimp was cooked to long and the lots of tots tasted like dirt. The waitress was beautiful, and that’s why you get the one star. Again, If you want food or a cold beer go somewhere else. Service is everything, and this place does not have it.

Hooters serves beer to someone who us already highly intoxicated. This is very bad for business!

If I could give this place zero stars I would!!! Shovana was our server and since the moment we walked in (she was hostess too) she looked uncomfortable with us. My husband does not speak English very well but I do and besides he is learning, he thought the server was asking for something that could be order to the side but the server was asking if we wanted the wing breaded or naked, my husband told her we get it on the side, I explain to him in English and then in Spanish what breaded was, I don’t think is right for the server to laugh at my husband just because he did not understand and kept laughing for like 2 minutes until I haver her the «I’m going to kill you» look. Service was horrible she had a horrible horrible attitude and lacked customer service skills!!! Worst hooters I have been in my life!!!

Been to Hooters all across the country. Worst ever! The only reason for the star is Taylor who worked her self to death behind the bar! No more than ten tables on a Sunday afternoon and waited over an hour for ten wings. The guys next to me ordered after me and got their wings before me. And sent them back, they were cold. I left without eating at that point. Do not go here! Wait staff is more interested in chatting with each other than working. Never again. Stay away!

I have eaten at this location several times, and I have yet to have a bad experience. Any big, corporate restaurant is bound to have a bad day, but I have not run into it yet. My orders have come back right, the food was hot and tasty, and the servers were friendly. My table was clean, the chairs were in good condition, the bathrooms were clean. Overall I was wowed by this location, but I will definitely be returning.

Scarlett was great! She’s the Sunday morning Bartender and knows her stuff. The management has changed SEVERAL times over the past year… And they have a good crew, and a manager who helps out on the floor…
I do recommend this place… !

I was visiting a friend on this side of town, and he was busy so we had some time to kill. We needed to stay around this area and this was the closest place nearby that we could grab something quick to eat. They aren’t as crowded as some of the other locations around town so there was no wait to be seated. Once we were seated the waitress took our order quickly. The BBQ shrimp was pretty limp and flavorless. The wings seemed a little off. The wings seemed way more oily than normal. The parking lot is huge so there’s parking on both sides of the restaurant.

Don’t know why/​whenHooters has gone down hill — but this location has less than desirable service. I used to love going to Hooters and was looking for one near where I stay in Houston — big disappointment. Employees just standing around a table talking and laughing (very loud) by themselves, bartender complaint about «working for free», patron next to me not liking his wings (said boneless was very dry and hard) and no one did anything to correct the issue. He left about 20 minutes ago and his drink still has not been «bussed».

It’s one of the nicer Hooters that I’ve been too. Food was delicious, beer was cold, and the Denver Broncos game was on TV. The female wait staff was very friendly, and I was happy with my experience. Getting out of the parking lot heading eastbound was tricky. Not a bad place to grab a bite to eat. Debated leaving this part of the review out, but the Hooters girls at this location were not as attractive as some of the other locations I have been to. Not bad though.

Love the wings here, the Daytona wings are delicious.
Had a few hick ups but the manger made it right.

Wings were good. Service was good. Nothing special. i got my normal ten wings 3 mile island and ranch. Wings kind of tasted like they were double breaded.

Nice place & and different layout then others in the chain. Watch UFC and had a great time.

Unimpressed from the beginning. The restaurant was filthy. Our booths were stained, the table was sticky, there were napkins, crumbs, and BONES all over the floor. Our group had regular naked wings, boneless wings, and fried shrimp. Everything was cold when we finally got it. The regular wings were terrible. Tough as a boot — probably freezer burned. Shrimp were chewy and the breading was soggy. Service was slow. The only good thing was the cold beer. I will not be back.

Pungent bleach smell from kitchen is first impression. Bored (not especially hot-​sorry) waitresses congregate together to pass time. Place has a very negative vibe. Fish tacos were tasty though. Have been to other Hooters where energy level is good, the girls seem happy to be working there-​but this location is a tragedy.

Pretty much the same as any other Hooter’s I’ve been too.
This location now has a full bar to order drinks from. For many years it only served beer.

Typical HOOTERS!
Good wings, cold beer and quick service at a reasonable price, all while being served by your local neighborhood HOOTER girls!
Just what you should expect from this well known national chain.

And, Tabitha, at your age, you just now figured out HOOTERS is geared towards a male audience! LMFAO you might want to poke your head out of the cave a little more often, where have you been for the last 25+ years?
So that you are not surprised by some other earth shattering news, I am offering this bit of information for you to digest — Victoria’s Secret is geared towards women! They sell lingerie. Don’t want you to expect to go there and buy a gossip magazine or mystery novel.
