Holmes, Diggs & Eames is a state-​wide family law firm established by Board Certified Family Lawyer Rob Holmes in Dallas, Texas. Cindy Diggs opened the firm’s Houston office in 1998, and the Houston office has since grown to 5 attorneys, 4 paralegals and other staff. The firm began its internship program in 2000, and has hired undergraduate, graduate and law students from Yale University, Tulane School of Law, The University of Texas School of Law, University of Houston Law Center, South Texas College of Law, Notre Dame University and St. Thomas University in Houston.

Business Owner

Cindy Diggs is the Managing Partner of the Houston office of Holmes, Diggs & Eames. She has been practicing in Houston, Texas since 1984 and is double Board-​Certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in both Family Law and Civil Trial Law. She is the President-​Elect of the Association of Women Attorneys and a Founding Member of the Center for Women in Law at the University of Texas. Diggs was selected to the International Association of Matrimonial Lawyers. She is a member of the Gulf Coast Family Law Specialists as well as the Texas Association of Civil Trial and Appellate Specialists. She is a graduate of The University of Texas School of Law. Cindy Diggs is often asked by the media to address family law issues, and is a frequent author and lecturer on divorce and family law topics.
