Hertz Rent A Car

Called and came to this Hertz location inside the Sheraton Four Points Hotel after walking out of the ghetto downtown location off Louisiana St. They were very courteous from the get go. We did have to wait about 20 mins outside of the office when they were away from the desk, but they had a sign on the door with a phone number to call. The salesperson on the phone gave us an ETA of when he was coming back, so that was appreciative. The minute the two salespersons came back from wherever they were, they pretty much hit the ground running and it literally took 5 mins from when we sat down to when keys were handed to us. They were very personable and apologized for the initial wait. The only downside to this experience is the road construction at 59 South and Kirby Dr as the hotel is located right off the feeder but we did manage to find a detour around all the construction by taking Richmond Ave and hanging a left onto Wakeforest Street. Will definitely come back to this location for a Hertz rental.
