Terry Stanfield and Greg Pachar are crooks of the worst sort!
They have represented buyers and sellers on the same transaction.
They have represented renters and owners on the same transaction.
Stanfield is really dishonest and is not transparent about his pricing and fees.
What a bad guy!
Stanfield will never represent your interests vigorously as a buyer.
He doesn’t show properties, misrepresents the market pricing and is likely receiving kickbacks from sellers and developers to pitch certain units and properties.
Run like the plague.

I used Kelly Pachar from Heritage Texas Properties to lease my downtown loft for several years while I was living out of town. He was always a pleasure to work with – very professional and always communicated with me promptly on just the right amount of details I needed to know. Recently, I decided to list the property and Kelly sold it for me at the price I wanted in a week. I will DEFINITELY use him again if I buy or sell a home in Houston.
