For more than 25 years, Dr. Henry Mentz has practiced the art and science of aesthetic plastic surgery. As the nation’s first triple-​board certified plastic surgeon, he draws upon unique and extensive training to constantly perfect and refine surgical procedures. Through the years, he has perfected surgical techniques to achieve his primary goal: to give patients a natural and long-​lasting appearance.

His practice offers both surgical and non-​surgical treatments.

In more than 20 years of professional practice he has contributed numerous innovations to the field of cosmetic surgery. As the inventor of Abdominal Etching, he is respected across the nation as an expert in specialized liposuction and liposculpture.

Dr. Henry A. Mentz received his doctorate of medicine from the University of Louisiana Medical School. Following medical school, he completed a general surgery residency, an otolaryngology residency and an aesthetic plastic surgery program.

In 1992, Dr. Henry A. Mentz became the first triple-​board certified plastic surgeon in the United States. Dr. Henry A. Mentz received his doctorate of medicine from the University of Louisiana Medical School. Following medical school, he completed a general surgery residency, an otolaryngology residency and an aesthetic plastic surgery program.

Both Dr. Mentz and his patient coordinator, Analisa Cole, will welcome patients to the practice, listen to each patient’s concerns and expectations, and guide patients through all the surgical options. They know that patient education is the key to a successful surgical experience, and they strive to help patients be the best they can be.
