Hartmann Jewelry takes pride in our high-​quality custom design work, courtesy of our expert on-​site jewelers, Mr. Hartmann and Hector Lopez. We collaborate on custom pieces and design with the goal of creating beautiful jewelry, unique to each customer’s request and budget.

Jewelry Repairs

If it is possible to repair your items, Hartmann Jewelry Repair can complete the work. We repair gold, platinum, silver, and can design or modify a wide variety of materials including polishing and sizing to unique redesign.

Engraving

Hartman Jewelry offers engraving for your jewelry or watch. We offer timely, beautiful engravings for all your special occasions.

Restringing and bead design

Hartmann Jewelry can restring pearls and beads of all kinds, knotted and unknotted. We can also custom design beaded necklaces, bracelets, and earrings.

Watch Repair

We change batteries, replace bands, and adjust watch sizes for all kinds and brands of watches.

We also offer while-​you-​wait service by appointment when a jeweler is available, so call or come in today with your requests or questions and we’d be happy to assist you.

Hartmann Jewlery is located in Memorial City Mall in the Dillard’s wing between JC Pennies and Dillards. We’re open mall hours, so you can always get service when it’s convenient for you.

Meet the Business Owner

Business Owner

Tony Hartmann and Marina Hartmann Castillo opened Hartmann Jewelry in 1997 as a kiosk in Memorial City Mall. We relocated and expanded to an inline store in 2004. We are proud to be a part of the Memorial City neighborhood.

Marina Hartmann Castillo grew up in Houston and graduated from University of Houston. With an artistic background she was happy to start a jewelry business with her father. Marina married George Castillo in 2006 and has a 3 year old boy Anthony and a 6 month little girl Eva.

Tony Hartmann aka ‘Mr. Hartmann’ has been a in the jewelry repair business for 40 years. Mr. Hartmann trained at Southwest craft school. He started working for Penaloza and Sons manufacturing in San Antonio. He also worked for M.E. Montgomery Jewelers. When he moved to Houston he worked for Diamond Jewelry Factory and started producing Indian jewelry for Houston jewelry retailers.
