Will was awesome! He gave a fair quote over the phone and arrived quickly. After towing my car to an auto repair shop, he even took me to my home at no extra charge! Will is a genuinely nice guy. This was the best tow truck service I have ever received… highly recommended!

I have to say that Will from H.I.T.S. Wrecker Service is a life saver, came at the time he said he would, even waited an extra 20 minutes for me to arrive since I had ran into some traffic on the highway also the rain slowing my friend down on his driving.
The service provided, the patient, and hospitality, I don’t think any you would get any less than a 5⁄5 from these guys. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs their help!

Very Very impressed by the service and compassion I receive last March when my car was hit and totaled. There were 3 Tow trucks there but only Will from HITS came over to see if I was ok. He kept me inform as to the process of what was going to happen. The most impressive aspect of Will’s compassion happened last night. I was at Walmart when Will came up to see if I was doing well. Not many people remember someone that long and after such a brief meeting. He reassured me that if I was in trouble and need of a tow truck to give him a call.

I must say, I never thought I would be leaving a Unilocal review for a tow truck service, much less giving one five stars! Will, from H.I.T.S. Wrecker Service, is a true professional. He really helped me out of a bind, and maintained courtesy and flexibility. He was perfectly punctual and gave me a courtesy call before he arrived. It is also nice to see that this business is military/​veteran friendly, and the owner comes from a military family. I was so impressed, that I asked for some extra business cards to give to my family and friends. If I ever need a tow in the future, I will definitely be using them again!

These guys were great. They rescued my fiancé from where she was stranded on the service road. From the initial phone call, to getting her and her truck home without incident. Will was awesome and was like angel sent from above! After another towing service totally dropped the ball I had to rush around and look for another towing company… did I mention I did this remotely? From another state?! Will was very friendly and honest with me about expectations and price and was thinking about the best for me. So kind. The BEST Towing company in Houston hands down. I’v had my car break down 4 or 5 times in the past year each time I just looked for the closest towing company to me. H.I.T.S. Was by far the best experience I’v had. Very professional, polite, and genuinely care about their customers. No one likes having to get their ride towed H.I.T.S. honestly makes the best of an otherwise unfavorable situation. They go above and beyond what u would expect from a towing company. Certainly a five star worthy business. Very thankful for everything they have done for me.

Awesome service! They are really professional and they do their work really fast too! I had an accident last week it was horrible I didn’t know what to do so I start looking for a wreck services on Unilocal and I found H.I.T.S, 5 start reviews so I didn’t even think it twice I called. If I could only use one word to describe the service, it would be AWESOME, but that would leave out professional, courteous, kind with great communication. After a crazy day at work, the last thing anyone wants is to get in your car and it to not start. I called and within 20 minutes they arrived (he even called to let me know he was almost there), got my car jumped and back on the road. They have earned a customer for life and I will definately recommend them to everyone in need. Thanks again for your help.

I’m stuck in another state and my mom was stranded at Wal-​Mart. I called this company and just so happen he was already in the Wal-​Mart parking lot. He stayed on the phone with me until he linked up with my mom. He gave us some recommendations. Then he called and let me know she made it home safe.
