This company markets cheap, private labeled, Chinese manufactured, off-​brand fans, and sells them to homebuilders under the Old Jacksonville name. Their offices are in an office park in crappy neighborhood off of 59 and Bellaire. I recently purchased a Trendmaker home and they put these fans in my home. I wanted to add another fan to a room and match the fans in our house. This place has the ability to do that. Just give them your builder’s name and your address. I felt like I really got ripped off. They charge $ 199 for a fan that should retail for $ 100 at Lowes or Home Depot. In fact, similar builder’s grade fans can be found online for $ 89. I’m pretty sure that these fans come out of the same Chinese factory as Home Depot’s Hampton Bay brand and Lowes’s Harbor Breeze ceiling fans.
