I’ve used them several times and they always seemed to forget to carpet a closet. They claimed they would return and never did. You have to call so many times and remind them or else they will not do anything about the issue. Issue was never resolved. Also used them for granite counter tops. There was a small crack when installed and same issue occur ed. I called to remind them but they did nothing about it other than make promises to fix the crack. I do not recommend this company.
