Rude employees! I was finally helped by a employee and I asked for a hazelnut crunch trufflelata. Then she goes «ok» then walk over and grabbed a bag of strawberries. Then she goes and tell me to go to another employee and she’ll take care of me. Then I’m like… It’s for the drink right? She’s like yes! So… Why didn’t you just tell me that earlier? BUT that’s not what annoyed me.
Walk to the other employee, she’s like can I help you?! I reply «can I have a hazelnut crunch trufflelata?» She then proceeds to snap at me saying «no we don’t have it». Like how do you not have it when it’s on the menu? So I asked nicely «wait it’s on the menu though…» Then she snaps at me again and goes «we’re out of it. Go to another location in the mall to try it». Like… First. If they were out why didn’t the first employee tell me thy rather than making me wait in line again for it?! Then this girl. You could’ve just say it nicely that you guys are out of it rather than trying to make me sound like I don’t know what I’m talking about? By then I didn’t even want to purchase anything. Even if the chocolate is good. I didn’t do anything for her to give me that unnecessary attitude.
