I’m very disappointed with this store. I’ve shopped here numerous times only because I don’t have any other nutrition store near me. I’ve been disappointed for some time but today was the last straw and I will not be shopping at any GNC stores from now on.
1) they always try to push you to but their GNC branded products even when you are telling them exactly what you want.
2) today I tried to exchange an item I wasn’t satisfied with. The box clearly states to return if not satisfied. I didn’t have my receipt, but figured it didn’t matter if I’m willing to purchase other items. The sales rep wanted to give me $ 15 for a $ 50 item. I thought it was BS.
3) as I was shopping, he gave me one price for some vitamins and 5 minutes later he increased the price by $ 10. Huh?
I’m officially done with GNC. I will now be shopping at local small businesses for my vitamins.
