I warn you from doing business with this company. I attempted to purchase an as-​is door from their showroom today. The door was in near-​perfect condition. I requested they install the door. They told me the door was an as-​is purchase, which I fully understood. After I told them I expected the door to be delivered in the same condition it was in on the showroom they said they couldn’t guarantee it would be delivered in the same condition and the sale would be final. I wasn’t comfortable with this business practice. When I asked to speak with the Manager to discuss further, the salesperson told me they didn’t want to do business with me. Be warned and google the reviews on various other consumer review websites.

I recently purchased a door from this company. It was a great experience. I got redirected to Courtney and her customer service was phenomenal. She answered all my questions and helped me with my process. I love my door. Thanks Courtney!

Great doors and great pricing with professional staff. The Doors are of high quality. The installers are detailed and cleaned up after installation. I definitely recommend Glass Craft to any one looking to but a quality door.

I purchased double doors from Glasscraft. The doors are beautiful and Sales Person, Kellie, was very helpful. All went well until I spoke with Betty Walker, Manager of Retail Sales. Betty called me on May 12, 2014 to let me know that my doors were ready. I told her I would be by Friday, May 16^th to pick them up. Due to reasons out of my control I was not able to pick them up that Friday. I received the following email from her on Thursday, May 22^nd.
«Please pick these doors up ASAP. They were ready on May 12^th when I called you, and you stated you would pick them up that week. It is now close to the end of the month and they are still in our Will Call area. We do not have room at our facility to store doors. They cannot be held more than a week to 10 days. Please contact me if there is a problem .

No Salutation, No thanks for the business, just come get your doors we don’t have room to store them! I was never informed about their «Pick up policy» and, had I been, I would have made every effort to have them picked up which I did the very next day.
Perhaps I’m overreacting but I’m in Sales myself and I would have approached this whole situation with a lot more courtesy towards someone that choose to spend several thousands of dollars at my store rather than with one of the many others in the Houston area.
I’m not certain that I would recommend this business to my friends and family as I would hate for them to feel unappreciated as I now feel after talking with Ms. Walker.

We bought a beautiful door for far less money than we would have paid at the «big box» DIY stores and it was installed professionally by Glasscraft installers. We couldn’t be more pleased with the quality and value we received. We later recommended Glasscraft to friends who also purchased a new door and were thrilled with the result. I don’t hesitate to recommend this company.

They came to refinish our door took our debit card and charged us $ 189.00 then came back and said your door is cracked! Which turns out to be a lie! It was the seam in the door and you cannot see through the door. They told us the would process a refund on the same day.
So I called today and they have not bothered to process a refund.
This was a week ago on Wednesday and we are still waiting for a refund of the $ 189.00.
So keep in mind they lie so you will buy a new door from them and also they steal your money!

So buyer beware is my warning to you!

Horrible don’t bother stopping. The employees lie for each other and orders are delayed. Waited a month for an order that was promised in three days. They would not refund the money or make the situation better!
