They’ll tell you what you want to hear as far as how fast they can get it done. What they told me would take a week ended up being a month before I got my cabinets & sink.
Costumer service here is HORRIBLE!!! Jose the Boss isn’t so pleasant as well!

They are horrible people who bait you in with a competitive price and don’t finish their job, don’t return phone calls, has an excuse for everything, and leaves you heartbroken and broke once you have to pay for the damage they did to your house. They are unprofessional and I wish I would have never did business with Jose or his company. I have no more money to repair his damage and he doesn’t want to finish the wrong he has done.

I had two granite vanity tops installed for my bathrooms including sinks and back splashes. The work is beautiful from my standpoint. I have a contractor with experience in granite and similar jobs and I have asked for his opinion. He gave the workmanship 5 stars and I trust his opinion as I may think that the work is acceptable but cannot see flaws that only professional can see. The customer must be patient with this growing small company as they can be over extended during busy periods. The pricing is very reasonable but timeliness can be an issue as they have a small crew. Mr. Jose Gonzales, the owner was accommodating and apologetic to me when he failed to show up as promised due to car failure.

If your looking for granite services, go elsewhere. The people in the office are very nice and helpful, the prices are even attractive but the customer service sucks. My granite countertops were installed and left with a 5 inch long crack, I called the owner a couple of times, I was told someone would come out but no technician ever showed. In addition the sheetrock in the kitchen was banged up and the wood cabinets were nicked from their toolbelt. I could overlook the sloppiness but when one of the workers was caught stealing something out of my bathroom (no work was being done in bathroom, so I don’t know why he was even in there) I lost all respect. Let my lesson be your guide, stay away!
