Fostering Stars Learning & Resource Center, Inc. offer private and group classes. We specialize in test prep for STAAR Test, SAT and ACT exam. We provide private tutoring in all core subjects (Math, Science, and ELA). We also provide coaching in varies areas life, academics and fitness.

Established in 1999.

Fostering Stars began in 1999 by Sheryl Foster Garner when she discovered a need for programs to develop student’s learning abilities with a focus on math skills, memorization techniques and critical thinking enhancements.

Business Owner

Sheryl Foster Garner has extensive experience as a certified math teacher and college Instructor with her Master’s of Science in Mathematics as well as a Master’s of Education in Administration. She’s worked in an array of educational institutions from elementary to college level environments.
