History

Established in 2012.

Partners Alan Kolodney and Alex Forrest realized that Alex’s trial experience coupled with Alan’s experience litigating and settling hundreds of personal injury cases made for an effective and powerful partnership.

Forrest & Kolodny LLP opened in January of 2012. Partners Alan Kolodney and Alex Forrest agreed to center their firm mission around the principals of providing aggressive representation while always placing the clients interests ahead of their own.

Business Owner

In 2009, Alan Kolodny graduated from Southern Methodist University School of Law. Since them he has been committed to representing injured clients in Texas and throughout the United States.

He is known for his attention to detail, his strong research skills in examining victims’ cases, and his effective depositions. When a settlement cannot be reached, Mr. Kolodny will not hesitate to take his clients’ cases to trial to maximize their monetary recoveries.

In 2014, Alan was designated a «Rising Star», a Thomson Reuters Service printed in Texas Monthly. This is a designation that only 2.5% of Texas attorneys are chosen for in any given year. Alan is licensed by the Texas Supreme Court to practice before Texas state Courts and is admitted to the Southern District Federal Court of the United States.
