Fig & Wasp Test kitchen offers a monthly rotating menu of Mediterranean inspired dishes presented by our resident Executive Chef, Jeffrey Rowley and visiting guest chefs. Each Month in 2016 we will highlight a talented sous chef from around the country and invite them to cook in our kitchen for one night and create dishes inspired from any region of the Mediterranean they choose, including and not limited to Spain, Lebanon, Morocco, Italy, North Africa, Greece, etc. A portion of the proceeds of the evening will be donated to the non-profit charity chosen by the guest chef.
Our award winning Executive Chef, Jeffrey Rowley will create the base menu each month also utilizing the many different ingredients of the Mediterranean. Fresh, Delicious, healthy & Composed plates are the hallmark of the Menu. The Fig & Wasp Test Kitchen is a unique venue that also offers guests an opportunity to enjoy a series of musical performances and special events after 9pm that include Flamenco, Salsa, Jazz, House Music & more. F&WTK also offers a unique cocktail list known as «Cuisine Cocktails» which use ingredients from the kitchen & menu to create well balanced, delicious and interesting cocktails that pair well with the menu or can be enjoyed on their own.
