I absolutely love this store. Fabrictopia and Hancock Fabrics are my top 2 places in Houston where I purchase all of my fabric from. Fabrictopia to me is what Walmart is to the rest of the United States. I can’t go in Fabrictopia and get one thing before I see a fabric (more like some fabrics) that I must have. This place has all kinds of fabric at great prices. The Zippers and cone threads come in many colors. These fabrics are mainly apparel fabrics. You will still have to visit Joann’s or Hancock Fabrics for other sewing notions that you may need for your sewing projects. The staff is really helpful and friendly. I absolutely enjoy my visits here.

What a great shop! Saleswoman was super helpful and nice, fabric is very reasonably priced, they have some truly gorgeous stuff. They don’t have the selection of some other shops, but this place is definitely worth a stop to see what they have.

This is my new hangout! I love the selection and the owner will do whatever she can to help you. The prices are reasonable and the possibilities are endless. She has a great selection of Ankara fabrics which was hard for me to find around town. She also introduced me to poly cotton which is great for apparel.

The fabric here is mostly for clothing: soft, silky, and glittery. I was looking for craft fabric with lots of prints, so I was disappointed. The lady there did seem nice, though.

I absolutely LOVE this fabric store! The owner Carmen is amazing. She is very attentive and knowledgeable and does not try to «over sell» you anything. She is very honest. The prices are the best that I have seen in Houston. The quality is great also. If she doesn’t have something your looking for she will get it. In a year or so I can imagine this store needing a bigger spot. Even though its already big. I hate that they had to come here when I am leaving. But I will still do business with them long distance. As she will ship. Very happy with my purchases! (Twice in one week!) Try them out you won’t be disappointed!
