The level of personalized service is beyond reproach. They were able to do all pre-​work with my eye insurance so I just showed up, had my eye exam, chose glasses, and left. I have also had to get a pair of replacement glasses because I lost mine and they were easy to work with in all aspects. There frames and lenses are a bit pricey, but I do not believe people are going to skimp wen it comes to something as important as your vision.

Very personable, friendly, and helpful. Dr. Tran and Sandra make everything easy, and you don’t feel like you’re being herded through the assembly line like at some places. I live in the neighborhood so I asked around, and everybody I talked to that had been there recommended it. I definitely recommend it too.

I really love this place for various reasons. One, Dr. Hien is a very thorough and knowledgeable doctor. Secondly, her staff, Sandra is very helpful and last, they have an incredible selection of glasses!!!

Convenient to downtown, pretty easy to get an appointment, and Dr. Tran is quite able to help you consider your options (contacts, what if you have astigmatism, etc). Nice selection of glasses too!

I came to Eyeworks at Midtown two years ago looking for a nice pair of colored frames. The attendant was very friendly and helpful. They took my eye insurance, which was great. They have some of the best selection of cool frames around (besides a place in Montrose that does not accept ANY insurance and has all frames that are like $ 600). I just came back earlier this week to get my next pair of glasses, and she helped me find something that I love. Highly recommended over anywhere like TSO or EyeMasters.

I initially brought my prescription here a year ago because their eye glass selection is so much more interesting than your run of the mill mall eyeglass shop. They were able to outfit me with ProDesign Denmark eyeglasses and prescription Prada sunglasses (all out of the flexible spending account). The sunglasses to a bit longer than expected because they were trying to perfectly replicate the same tint as the original pair.
I went in yesterday for an exam and to get contacts for the first time. They were patient with me and explained everything thoroughly. The doctor was honest and friendly.
