Evertech LLC specializes in custom IT solutions for Enterprise environments. We setup, manage, and trouble-​shoot all IT– related equipment. Our line of products and services includes:

–Install and perform minor repairs to hardware, software, and peripheral equipment, following design or installation specifications.

–Monitoring Backups and Firewalls.

–Assisting with troubleshooting, installation, and updating systems including Virus Removal programs.

–Develop and maintain networking ensuring the system is on-​line daily.

–Stay up-​to-​date on new technologies and consults clients about them on how it effects with business proactivity.

–Setup new user accounts to company networks.

–Hosting and maintaining Email, Virtual desktops, and Remote services.

–Maintaining records of daily data communication transactions, problems and remedial action taken, and installation activities.

–Oversee training materials and procedures, and/​or train users in the proper use of hardware and software

History

Established in 2003.

Evertech LLC is a private company that was founded in 2003 by a group of network engineers who wanted to get away from the big «three letters» companies models of support. The company has grown from break/​fix support to building a data center in 2006 to start offering hosting services to small and medium size businesses that wanted to run their company with the help of Enterprise tools without having to break the bank on major investments in the IT infrastructure area. Evertech has always built systems and hosted services following the ISO standards of customer service with the small business owner in mind. The company has grown from 2 to 20 employees over a period of 8 years by providing good services at a reasonable price. Our employees are all certified geeks who love to solve IT problems as opposed to others who want to know how much to charge you first.

In the IT industry for over 15 years, Alex worked as a consultant for many years before launching Evertech LLC. Bringing technology to the masses has always been a motivating factor troughout his career as well as to deliver solutions that make sense in a timely manner. Alex trains and educates customers & staff on the latest networking technologies and prides itself on Evertech’s excellent customer service.
