Elite Dry Cleaners & Laundry

Used them 4 times. They said they undercharged me for clothes I had already picked up. Wouldn’t give me my laundry until I paid what they said I owed from previous dry cleaning. Never going back.

If you thinking about using them don’t, save yourself the headache. I been with the cleaners for over 3 years and there customer service level have drop dramatically. I drop my cloths off to be dry clean and they did a poor piss job. All of the equipment and machines are causing major damage to my cloths, and could happen to you. And to top of that their fucking credit card machine did not work or couldn’t get it to work. So I had to leave with out my cloths what a major inconvenience they have cause me. So I asked to speak with the owner and of course he was not there. I tried reaching him by phone and I was told he will be in at 10 AM, so I called not there. Then I was told to call back in 30 min. so I did and she stated he went home for the day, then had the nerves to hang the phone up on me. They are a bunch of morons that have no clue on what they are doing. I stood in that hot ass cleaner for 45 min for nothing. I will never use them again and if I was you I would use a difference dry cleaner, cause clearly they know nothing about customer service.

No stapled tags on my labels you say?

This place is awesome! I’ve been using them for eight years. Even though I moved, I still drive out of the way to come here. They have a special if you bring in 5 pieces of dry cleaning, you get your shirts for $ 1.50. They do quality work and no one else can get my shirts pressed as neat as this place. I get compliments on my shirts quite often. They never lose my clothes and always get my stuff out the same day if you drop it off by 9am. They are adjacent to the Chevron station.
