Einstein Bros Bagels

Pretzel bagel was heavy on the bagel but light on the pretzel. I’ve had better that I paid less for.

Extremely slow service… I waited for 25 minutes for a bagel sandwich! The staff isn’t very friendly and they obviously don’t have any sense of urgency. It’s a bummer because the food is always good… If you’re willing to wait for it!

I got a coupon for a free bagel & schmear upon any purchase, and that’s what made me drive the extra miles to this place.
I decided to go with the pumpkin bagel (actually, 2 of em) and those are delicious and flavourful. They’re bigger than most of the other bagels, too. But with today being my first time there, I didn’t know that they schmear that schmear right on your bagel. Had I known, I’d have asked for it ots. They do give you a good amount, though.
Their service crew is friendly. Their bathrooms need a little more… attention lol.

Einstein as a chain is delicious. This one in particular is unfortunate and needs a change in management. The drive thru is way too slow and the employees seem mad at you for ordering anything in the first place. Get it together!

Extraordinarily slow service. The food is good but I’ll be heading down El Dorado to Panera from now on.
The drive thru line is only worth it if you’re the only car in line. Inside the place is fine. The employees treat you with utter contempt and on the occasion when they get your order wrong you are clearly the problem. I’ll not be heading over there soon.

Honestly the slowest service I’ve ever had. The first time I went and it was slow I thought it must be because they were busy. But the next 3 times it took at least 15 mins to get my food, which was just peanut butter on a plain bagel.

Great bagels. Drive thru line takes awhile but the bagels are always hot and fresh so I don’t mind waiting. My only complaint is that HORRENDOUS pot hole in the driveway when you pull in from Bay Area. I cringe every time I have to drive over that thing. I hope they fix it soon!

Awful service and employees that just don’t give a damn. I have lost track of how many times they have screwed up my order. Also, allow about an hour if planning to go through the drive through. Worst. Service. Ever.

Usually hit up the drive through and get disappointingly slow service. Went inside today and realized why. They were packed! Got a Asiago bagel with chive and onion cream cheese today.
Worked a long shift overnight and could barely spit out the words of my order. The cashier finished my sentence with a genuine smile on her face. Much appreciated. Will definitely go back, and inside next time. People give this place bad reviews for service but have they ever gone inside? Most likely not. Keep making those delicious bagels and I’ll keep coming! :)

I go here when they first open. I think that is the best time to go. The morning staff are very friendly. They even remember my name which is such a surprise and very nice.
Their bagels are consistently very good. They have what I ask for every time. I ask for double toasted and I get double toasted. I ask for butter instead of cream cheese and that’s what I get. The coffee is always very hot and that’s how I like it.
I don’t have any real complaints about this location but I have an observation or two that I think they could improve on. The coffee is inconsistent in taste. It’s just different every time. That gets frustrating. And as others have noted, once you get into the later morning hours it gets really busy and as you would expect the service slows down. But if you watch, they are always filling some rather large orders of tubs of bagels and that takes a person away from the counter and slows things down. Just an observation.
Its a good place and they work hard in there as busy as it is.

SLOOOOOOW. Horrible customer service, the drive through person always sounds like they either just woke up, hate you, or are on the verge of dying from boredom. If they didn’t have such good bagels (when they get your order right), I’d never come here.

I really wish there was another bagel option in the area. The bagels are good — when they have them. My kids love the chocolate chip bagels but they always run out! I’ve resorted to calling ahead to have them put aside. (Ridiculous I know) Service is ALWAYS slow and I’m not a fan of their coffee.

I love Einstein bagels, but this particular location is just too slow. I have been coming here in hopes that one day it will get better, but no. Waiting 15mins, sometimes even longer, for one toasted bagel with cream cheese is quite ridiculous. I gave them 2 stars instead of one because despite the super slow service, the people are friendly. I wouldn’t recommend coming here if you are running late.

Well lets start by saying im a first timer to this establishment. Wasnt a big bagel fan but wanted to do something new and to my surprise i actually like what i ordered. Asiago bagel turkey sausage with egg white & cheese was pretty good. The service was ok my wait wasnt too bad so overall a nice experience

Fresh bagels! Great bagels! Always new employees so it takes them so time… I still didn’t deduct a star because of this… can be pricey for bagels… still 5 stars!

I love coming here on Saturday morning to fulfill my bagel cravings. I do agree with most folks that the service can be a tad slow, but I think it might all have to do with the time of the day you show up, just like any other business. I usually wait until after 10 AM to do partake in my bagel run since the crowds have diminished and the line seems to move much faster.
Now, on to the important thing… the bagels! I absolutely love their 9-​grain and blueberry bagels. They are always fresh, and can be toasted or warmed to your taste. They are a decent size and are filling. I like the selection of schmears they have, with my favorites being the tomato basil and the smoked salmon flavors. They also have a generous offering of breakfast options such as wraps, sandwiches, and lox and cream cheese bagels, yum!
It’s a good stop for a tasty breakfast and a cup of Joe on the weekends.

Never go here when you’re running late because it takes them 30 minutes for 1 sausage egg and cheese bagel. Who has time for that?

This location stinks. Seriously, the staff is just slow and not smart.
I love Einstein’s. The bagels, the shmears, toasted, hot goodness…
But this location always has a line because they’re SO slow. On top of that, the last three times I went, I asked for a lightly toasted bagel. Every single time it was burnt. Every time!
I mean if some expressly indicates they don’t like an over toasted bagel, and you burn it, you’re either retarded or really mean. Either way, I officially can’t stand this location.
Love Einstein’s but not this one.

Terrible service. Drive through takes 30+minutes and if you go inside there a lot of employees standing around not doing much. Takes just as long inside!
It should not take 30 minutes for a bagel and coffee!
This location has bad management, unfriendly employees who just don’t care and are lazy, and on top of all that they get the orders wrong.
I am never going back and neither should you. Stay away, grocery store is better.

When I walked in, the sign said closed… it was noon… I told the lady at the register and she just rolled her eyes. mmkay. idk what that means.
anyway, service was cold and unfriendly. prices are high for what you’re getting. what really made me angry was that a partially filled 2oz container of Cream Cheese is $ 1.50. That is just insane.
I usually get their Lox when my free bday sandwich email comes around (tip, join their email list). It’s good, but not $ 8 good.
